Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships

The university offers various financial assistance programs to ensure that deserving students can access quality education without financial stress:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Students from these categories receive a 100% fee waiver on tuition and hostel charges.
  • EWS Category: A 50% fee concession is provided for EWS students in tuition and hostel fees.
  • MCM (Merit Cum Means): Students scoring above 90% in their qualifying examination are eligible for a 25% fee discount.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for fee waivers and concessions, students must submit supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, disability certificates, or merit certificates. Applications are reviewed by the finance department and approved based on verified documentation.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Students are required to make payments through online banking or debit/credit cards. The payment deadline for each semester is set two weeks before the start of the semester. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 500 per day until the dues are cleared.

Refund Policy

If a student withdraws from the university, a refund policy applies:

  • Withdrawal within first month: Full refund minus processing fees (INR 1000)
  • Withdrawal between 1-3 months: 75% refund minus processing fees
  • Withdrawal after 3 months: No refund is applicable

Refunds are processed within 30 working days of submission of the withdrawal form and all necessary documents.
