Hostel & Mess Charges
The hostel charges vary based on room type:
- Single Occupancy Room: 25000 INR/month
- Double Occupancy Room: 15000 INR/month
- Triple Occupancy Room: 10000 INR/month
The mess billing system is managed through an online portal where students can view their monthly bills, make payments, and track consumption patterns. Rebate policies are available for students who meet certain criteria:
- Students scoring above 80% in academics receive a 10% rebate on mess charges.
- Students from SC/ST/PwD categories receive a 20% rebate.
- Meritorious students (ranked top 5%) get an additional 5% discount on hostel rent and mess charges combined.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Financial assistance is available through various schemes:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fees with partial rebate on hostel charges (50% for SC/ST, 100% for PwD).
- EWS Category: 25% concession on tuition fee and full waiver on hostel charges.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 15% concession on tuition fees.
Eligibility criteria for scholarships include:
- Income slab: Below 3 lakh INR annually
- Academic performance: Minimum 80% aggregate in qualifying exams
- Extra-curricular activities and community service

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payment Deadlines: All fees must be paid before the start of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of 5% per month.
Refund Policy: Refunds are processed upon withdrawal from the university, subject to the following conditions:
- Withdrawal must be approved by the administration
- Students must return all university property including books, ID cards, and hostel keys
- Refunds are issued within 30 days of approval
