Hostel & Mess Charges

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers several financial aid options to support deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 50% concession on tuition fees.
- EWS Category: Students receive a 25% concession on tuition fees.
- MCM (Minority Community): A 10% concession on tuition fees is provided to eligible candidates.
Additionally, students can apply for merit-based scholarships based on academic performance, leadership roles, and community service. Applications must be submitted before the start of each semester and are evaluated by a dedicated committee.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Fees must be paid online through the university portal or at designated banks with specified deadlines to avoid late fees. Late payments incur a penalty of Rs 100 per day beyond the due date.
In case of withdrawal from the program, students are eligible for refunds according to the following rules:
- Withdrawal within one month: Full refund minus administrative charges
- Withdrawal between 1-3 months: Refund of 75% of paid fees
- Withdrawal after 3 months: No refund except in exceptional circumstances
