Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in fully furnished rooms with shared facilities like common areas, study halls, laundry rooms, and security systems. Rooms are categorized into single, double, triple, and quad occupancy types.
Mess Advance: Covers meal charges for the semester. Students must pay this advance amount at the beginning of each semester to ensure uninterrupted access to campus dining facilities.
Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee collected to support students in financial distress or those requiring emergency assistance during their academic journey.
Medical Fees: Provides access to on-campus medical services, including consultations with doctors and availability of medications. Students can also avail health insurance coverage through the university's partnership with leading healthcare providers.

SC/ST/PwD Category: Students from these categories receive a 50% concession on tuition fees and full waiver of hostel rent and mess charges.
EWS Category: Eligible students receive a 25% concession on tuition fees, along with partial waiver of hostel rent and mess charges.
MCM (Minority Community): Students from minority communities are eligible for a 10% concession on tuition fees.
Additionally, merit-based scholarships are awarded to top-performing students in each semester, ranging from 25% to 100% fee waivers based on academic performance and extracurricular achievements.
All fees must be paid through online banking or NEFT transfers. Payment deadlines are clearly communicated via email and SMS notifications, typically within two weeks of the start of each semester.
Late payments incur a fixed penalty fee of INR 500 per day, unless an extension is granted by the finance department upon submission of valid documentation.
Refunds are processed in accordance with university regulations. Students who withdraw from the program must submit a formal application and may be eligible for a refund after deducting administrative charges and any outstanding dues. Refund requests are reviewed within 30 days, and payments are made through bank transfer to the student's registered account.
