The university offers various hostel accommodation options, including single, double, and triple occupancy rooms. Each room is equipped with basic amenities such as beds, study tables, wardrobes, and internet connectivity.
Mess charges are calculated on a monthly basis based on the number of days attended. Students can opt for daily meal plans or weekly subscriptions. The mess menu includes nutritious vegetarian options, ensuring balanced nutrition for all students.
Rebate policies are applicable for students who attend fewer than 20 days in a month due to illness or other reasons. Additionally, students from economically weaker sections may receive partial rebates on hostel rent and mess charges.
The university provides various financial aid options for deserving students:
Application for fee concessions requires submission of relevant documents including income certificates, caste certificates, and disability certificates. The process involves verification by the financial aid committee and approval from the university authorities.
Students must complete fee payment within the stipulated deadline to avoid late fees and penalties. Payments can be made through online banking, net banking, or debit/credit cards via the university's official portal.
For late payments, a fixed late fee of Rs. 500 per day is applicable until full payment is received. Refunds are processed only upon withdrawal from the program and after verification of documents by the finance department.
The refund policy ensures that students receive their fees within 30 working days of submission of withdrawal forms, provided all dues are cleared and no academic penalties apply.
