Institute-Wide Scholarships
Mathuradevi Institute of Technology and Management offers several scholarships to support deserving students who demonstrate academic excellence and financial need.
The MATHURADEVI CHANDRA MOHAN MEMORIAL (MCM) SCHOLARSHIP is one of the most prestigious awards given by the institute. It provides full tuition fee waiver along with a monthly stipend of ₹5000 for students belonging to SC/ST, OBC, and economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
The DEPARTMENTAL ACHIEVEMENT SCHOLARSHIP is awarded annually to top-performing students in each academic year. Recipients receive ₹20,000 per semester for three consecutive semesters based on their CGPA and class rank.
The EXCELLENCE IN RESEARCH AND INNOVATION AWARD recognizes students who have made significant contributions to research projects or have won national/international competitions. Winners receive a cash prize of ₹10,000 and recognition at the annual convocation ceremony.
The INCLUSIVE EDUCATION FUND supports students with disabilities or special needs. It covers additional expenses related to assistive devices, transportation, and specialized learning materials.

The DR. SURESH KUMAR MEMORIAL FUND, established by Dr. Suresh Kumar, a renowned alumnus and cybersecurity expert, provides ₹15,000 per semester to top-performing students in the field of cybersecurity.
The ANJALI VERMA EDUCATIONAL TRUST offers scholarships to female students pursuing computer science education. The trust covers full tuition fees for two years and provides a monthly stipend of ₹3000 during their course.
The RAMESH PATEL FOUNDATION supports students from rural backgrounds through a scholarship program that includes both financial assistance and mentorship opportunities.

The MINISTRY OF EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP FOR WOMEN aims to promote gender equality in education by providing full scholarships to female students studying engineering disciplines. The scholarship includes monthly stipends of ₹5000 for three years.
The GOVERNMENT OF INDIA TECHNICAL EDUCATION SCHEME (GATES) provides financial support to students pursuing technical education. It covers tuition fees, hostel charges, and a monthly stipend of ₹2000 for the duration of the course.
Corporate sponsors such as TCS, Infosys, and Microsoft offer scholarships to students with exceptional academic performance. These scholarships typically cover full tuition fees and provide internships or training opportunities at partner companies.
Scholarship Application Process
All scholarship applications must be submitted through the official portal of the institute. The process involves filling out an online form, uploading required documents, and undergoing verification by the financial aid committee.
Eligibility criteria for each scholarship vary but generally include:
- Academic performance (minimum CGPA of 7.0 or equivalent)
- Financial need as determined by income certificate
