Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals regularly due to academic or personal reasons. These rebates can be claimed up to 3 days per month without penalty.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Matrix Skilltech University Geyzing recognizes the importance of financial support for meritorious students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Various schemes are available to assist students in managing their educational expenses:
- Merit-Based Scholarships: Awarded to students scoring above 90% in 12th grade or equivalent exams. These scholarships cover up to 100% of tuition fees and provide a monthly stipend of Rs. 5,000.
- Income-Based Concessions: Students from families earning below Rs. 3 lakh annually are eligible for partial fee waivers. The concession ranges from 25% to 50%, depending on income level.
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver is provided for students belonging to these categories, along with additional support in the form of a monthly stipend of Rs. 8,000.
- EWS Category: Students from economically weaker sections receive a 25% fee concession and a monthly stipend of Rs. 3,000.
- MCM (Minority Community): Eligible students receive a 10% fee concession and a monthly stipend of Rs. 2,000.

Refund Policy: Refunds are processed for students who withdraw from the university before the end of the semester. The refund amount is calculated after deducting administrative charges, examination fees, and any outstanding dues.
In case of cancellation or withdrawal due to medical reasons, students must submit a valid medical certificate issued by an authorized hospital. Refunds are processed within 30 days of submission of documents.
