Mess Advance: Mess charges are collected as an advance payment at the beginning of each semester. Students receive meals on a daily basis, with options for vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisines based on dietary preferences.

Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students facing financial hardships due to unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies or family crises.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to these categories are eligible for full fee waivers, provided they meet specific income criteria and documentation requirements.
• EWS Category: Eligible students can receive a 50% concession on tuition fees, subject to verification of household income below ₹8 lakh per annum.
• MCM (Meritorious Children of Merit Students): Students who score above 90% in their qualifying examination are eligible for a 25% reduction in tuition fees.

The application process involves submitting relevant documents such as caste certificates, income proof, and academic records through the official university portal. All applications are reviewed by the finance committee to ensure eligibility and authenticity.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy:

• All fees must be paid before the commencement of the respective semester.
• Late payments attract a penalty of 5% per month on outstanding amounts.
• Refunds are processed only upon withdrawal from the university, subject to deduction of processing fees and any pending dues.
• The refund policy ensures timely disbursement of funds within 60 days of withdrawal approval.

The university provides multiple payment modes including online banking, credit/debit cards, NEFT/RTGS, and cash payments at designated counters. Students can also opt for installment plans to manage their financial obligations more effectively.
