Fee Structure Breakdown

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in campus dormitories with basic amenities such as beds, wardrobes, study tables, and internet connectivity. Room types vary from single occupancy to shared accommodations for multiple students.
Mess Advance: Covers meals provided through the campus cafeteria system. The advance is adjusted monthly based on consumption patterns and ensures uninterrupted food service throughout the academic year.
Student Benevolent Fund: A small annual contribution towards student welfare activities, including emergency assistance, cultural events, and recreational facilities.
Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided by the campus medical center, including consultations, vaccinations, and minor treatments.
Gymkhana Fees: Funds sports activities, gymnasium maintenance, and fitness-related programs organized by student clubs and societies.

Hostel & Mess Charges

- Double Occupancy Room: Rs. 18000/month with shared bathroom and common study area.
- Triple Occupancy Room: Rs. 15000/month with shared facilities and communal spaces.
The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle, where students pay an advance amount based on estimated consumption. The actual charges are adjusted at the end of each month according to usage patterns. Rebate policies are available for students who maintain good academic standing or participate in extracurricular activities.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Financial aid is available to eligible students based on income slabs and category-specific criteria:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% fee waiver with additional support for books, stationery, and other academic materials.
- EWS Category: 50% fee concession along with priority in hostel allocation and scholarship opportunities.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% fee concession with access to special mentoring programs and career guidance.
The application process involves submission of relevant documents including income certificates, caste certificates, disability certificates, and proof of address. Applications are reviewed by the financial aid committee, which evaluates eligibility and disburses support accordingly.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Fees must be paid within 15 days of registration or before the start of the academic term. Late payments attract a penalty of Rs. 500 per day until clearance is made.
The refund policy allows for partial refunds in cases of withdrawal from the program, subject to specific conditions and documentation requirements. Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of all required documents.
