Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments are to be made through online channels using debit cards, credit cards, net banking, or UPI. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day beyond the deadline.

If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

  • Withdrawal before 15 days: Full refund minus administrative charges
  • Withdrawal between 15-30 days: 50% refund
  • Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund

All refunds are processed within 30 days of submission of withdrawal forms and required documentation.
