Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel facilities at Maya Institute Of Technology And Management offer comfortable living environments for students. There are multiple room types available:

  • Single Occupancy Room: ₹35,000 annually (including all utilities)
  • Double Occupancy Room: ₹30,000 annually (shared with one roommate)
  • Triple Occupancy Room: ₹25,000 annually (shared with two roommates)

The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle. Meals are served in three sittings (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and the average cost per meal is approximately ₹70.

Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds if they do not consume meals for certain days. Full refunds are available only in exceptional circumstances such as leave of absence or medical emergencies.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

We offer various financial assistance options to deserving students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fee and hostel charges. Eligibility based on valid certificates.
  • EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fee and full waiver on hostel charges. Income slab: ₹3 lakhs per annum or below.
  • MCM (Minority Community): 50% concession on tuition fee and full waiver on hostel charges. Eligibility based on community certification.

The application process involves submitting required documents through the online portal. Applications are reviewed by a dedicated committee that evaluates eligibility criteria and provides recommendations.
