Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, academic resources, and access to laboratory facilities.
Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in campus-hostels with shared amenities like WiFi, laundry services, and security.
Mess Advance: Paid upfront for monthly mess charges which are adjusted at the end of the month.
Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee to support students facing financial difficulties or emergencies.
Medical Fees: Covers basic medical checkups and emergency healthcare services on campus.
Gymkhana Fees: Funds sports activities, gym memberships, and cultural events.
Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs for exams, grading, and result processing.

Hostel & Mess Charges
Students can choose from three types of rooms:
- Single Room: ₹20000/month
- Double Room: ₹15000/month
- Triple Room: ₹12000/month
Mess billing follows a monthly system where students prepay and adjustments are made based on usage.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers several financial assistance programs:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver for tuition and hostel fees with partial concession on mess charges.
- EWS Category: 50% reduction in tuition fee and full waiver on hostel charges.
- MCM (Migrant Children): Full waiver on tuition and hostel fees along with monthly stipend support.
All applications must be submitted through the official portal with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments are due by the first week of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹1000 per day. Refunds are processed within 45 days upon withdrawal from the program, subject to deductions for academic and administrative charges.
