• Tuition Fee: This covers instruction costs, laboratory access, library resources, and academic materials.
• Hostel Rent: Accommodation charges for campus housing facilities including utilities and maintenance.
• Mess Advance: Advance payment for food services provided by the university's mess system.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers several financial aid options to eligible students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fees for students belonging to these categories.
• EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fees for economically weaker section students.
• MCM (Minority Community): 25% concession on tuition fees for students from minority communities.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made through online banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, with late fees of 1000 INR per day applicable for overdue payments.

In case of withdrawal from the program, a refund policy applies as follows:

• Refunds are processed within 30 days of submission of withdrawal forms.
• 50% of the total fees paid will be refunded if withdrawal occurs before the completion of one semester.
• 25% of the total fees paid will be refunded if withdrawal occurs after one semester but before two semesters.
• No refund is granted for withdrawals occurring after two semesters.
