Hostel & Mess Charges

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers various financial assistance schemes to eligible students including:
- SC/ST/PwD Category Students: Eligible for full fee waiver subject to verification of documents.
- EWS Category Students: Receive a 50% discount on tuition fees.
- MCM (Minority Community Members): Benefited with partial concessions based on income criteria.
The eligibility criteria for each category are defined by the university and aligned with government guidelines. Applications must be submitted along with supporting documents during the admission process or at any time during the academic year.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid through online banking, debit cards, or credit cards via the university's official payment gateway. Payments are due by the specified deadlines to avoid late fees and penalties.
Late payments attract a fixed penalty of 10% of the outstanding amount per month. Students are advised to make timely payments to ensure uninterrupted academic progress.
In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:
- Full refund if withdrawn before the commencement of the semester.
- 75% refund if withdrawn within 15 days of the start of the semester.
- 50% refund if withdrawn between 16-30 days after the start of the semester.
- No refund after 30 days of the start of the semester.
Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of the withdrawal application and required documentation.
