Tuition Fee

Hostel Rent

Mess Advance

Student Benevolent Fund

Hostel & Mess Charges

Room types include single occupancy, double occupancy, and triple occupancy options. The pricing structure reflects the level of comfort and facilities provided:

• Single Occupancy Room: Rs. 25,000 per semester
• Double Occupancy Room: Rs. 18,000 per semester
• Triple Occupancy Room: Rs. 12,000 per semester

The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle, with meals provided at different times throughout the day. Students can choose from vegetarian and non-vegetarian options based on their dietary preferences.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Nist University Ganjam offers various financial assistance schemes to support students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees and a 50% discount on hostel charges.
• EWS Category: Students receive a 50% waiver on tuition fees and a 25% discount on hostel charges.
• MCM (Minority Community Member): A 25% concession on tuition fees is available for students from minority communities.

Applications for fee waivers must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and disability certificates. The university has a dedicated scholarship committee that reviews applications annually and disburses benefits accordingly.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made through online banking, credit/debit cards, or demand drafts issued by nationalized banks. Students are required to pay the fees within the stipulated deadline to avoid late penalties.

Late payment fees are charged at 5% per month on outstanding balances. Refunds are processed only after verifying all academic records and ensuring no dues remain with the university.

In case of withdrawal, students must submit a formal application along with supporting documents. Refunds are processed within 30 days of approval, subject to deductions for administrative charges and any pending dues.
