The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis. Students receive a detailed bill showing consumption of meals and any adjustments made during the month. Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals regularly or for those staying outside campus temporarily.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The institute offers various financial aid options to eligible students based on their economic background and academic merit.
Eligibility Criteria:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to these categories are eligible for full fee waivers subject to verification of documentation.
- EWS Category: Students from economically weaker sections may receive partial concessions up to 50% based on income slabs and other criteria.
- MCM (Minority Community Members): Eligible students can apply for fee concessions under government guidelines, with benefits ranging from 25-50% depending on individual circumstances.
Applications for fee waivers and concessions must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and disability certificates where applicable. The application process is handled by the Student Affairs Department, and decisions are communicated within two weeks of submission.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Fees are to be paid in installments on or before the specified deadlines each semester. Late payments attract a penalty fee of ₹500 per day until the amount is settled.
The refund policy applies only to students who withdraw from the program before completing the academic year. Refunds are processed after deducting administrative charges and any pending dues. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to the Registrar's Office along with necessary documentation.
