Hostel rent provides safe and comfortable accommodation for students residing away from home. The university maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and amenities within its residential facilities.

The mess advance is a prepayment towards meal expenses. Students can adjust their mess bills at the end of each month based on actual consumption. A detailed billing system ensures transparency in charges.

The Student Benevolent Fund supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies during their academic tenure. Applications are reviewed by a dedicated committee to ensure fair distribution of assistance.

Medical fees cover routine check-ups, vaccinations, and emergency medical services provided on campus. This ensures that all students have access to basic healthcare needs without additional burden.

Gymkhana fees contribute to the maintenance and development of recreational spaces where students can engage in physical activities and sports. These facilities promote overall well-being and stress relief.

Examination fees cover administrative costs associated with conducting semester-end exams, including question paper preparation, invigilation, and result processing.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers multiple hostel options catering to different preferences:

• Single Occupancy Rooms: INR 40,000/year
• Double Occupancy Rooms: INR 60,000/year
• Triple Occupancy Rooms: INR 80,000/year

Mess charges vary based on room type and meal plan chosen:

• Standard Meal Plan: INR 1500/month
• Premium Meal Plan: INR 2000/month
• Customized Meal Plan: INR 2500/month

Rebate policies apply for students with family income below certain thresholds. Additionally, students staying during vacation periods are charged a reduced rate.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers several types of financial assistance to eligible students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fee and 50% discount on hostel charges for families with annual income up to INR 2 lakhs.
• EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fee and 25% discount on hostel charges for families with annual income up to INR 3 lakhs.
• MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% waiver on tuition fee and 10% discount on hostel charges for families with annual income up to INR 4 lakhs.

Applications for these concessions must be submitted along with supporting documents such as caste certificate, income certificate, and Aadhar card. The university reviews applications annually and updates eligibility criteria based on government guidelines.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Students are expected to complete fee payments within the specified deadlines outlined in the academic calendar. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 1000 per day beyond the due date.

If a student withdraws from the program before completing one semester, a refund of 50% of paid fees will be processed after deducting administrative charges and outstanding dues.

For withdrawal after completing one semester but before completion of two semesters, a refund of 30% of paid fees will be processed. No refunds are provided for withdrawals beyond this point.

The university encourages online payments through secure channels to ensure transparency and timely processing. Detailed receipts are generated automatically upon successful transaction completion.
