Tuition Fee: Covers instruction costs, access to digital libraries, and administrative expenses. Includes charges for all core courses and departmental electives.
Hostel Rent: Monthly accommodation charges for campus housing. Different room types are available including single, double, and triple occupancy rooms.
Mess Advance: Prepaid monthly meal charges collected at the beginning of each semester. Adjustments are made quarterly based on consumption.
Student Benevolent Fund: A small annual contribution towards student welfare activities and emergency support services.
Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services, including consultations, vaccinations, and first aid facilities within the campus.
Gymkhana Fees: Annual fee for access to gymnasiums, sports facilities, and recreational programs organized by student councils.
Examination Fees: Covers costs associated with conducting internal assessments, term exams, and final evaluations.
The university provides three types of hostels:
Mess billing is done on a quarterly basis. Students can choose from multiple mess options based on dietary preferences and cost considerations.
Scholarship policies are designed to support students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:
Applications for financial aid must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates. The process is handled through the university's online portal.
Fees are due by the first week of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of Rs. 500 per day. Students can make payments via net banking, credit/debit cards, or demand drafts.
In case of withdrawal, the refund policy applies after deducting administrative charges and any pending dues. Refunds are processed within 30 days of approval.
