Fee Component Explanation

Hostel & Mess Charges

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis. Students are required to pay an advance for meals, which is adjusted based on actual consumption at the end of each month. Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships
The university offers various financial assistance schemes for deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees and a 50% rebate on hostel charges.
- EWS Category: Students receive a 75% waiver on tuition fees and a 30% rebate on hostel charges.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Fees must be paid by the specified deadline each semester to avoid late fees. Payments can be made through net banking, credit/debit cards, or demand draft issued in favor of the university. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹1000 per day until full payment is received.
The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program before completing the academic year. Refunds are processed after deducting administrative charges and any outstanding dues.
