Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, laboratory access, and course materials for the entire program. This fee remains constant throughout the duration of study.

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in university-managed hostels with shared facilities such as common rooms, study halls, and laundry services.

Mess Advance: Prepaid monthly meal charges for campus dining facilities. The advance is adjusted at the end of each month based on actual consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: A small annual contribution towards student welfare programs including health camps, emergency aid, and cultural events.

Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided within the campus medical center. Includes routine check-ups, vaccinations, and minor treatments.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university provides hostel accommodation for all students, categorized into single occupancy rooms, double occupancy rooms, and triple occupancy rooms. Room types vary in terms of amenities and pricing:

  • Single Occupancy Room: ₹80,000 per semester with private bathroom and AC facilities.
  • Double Occupancy Room: ₹75,000 per semester with shared bathroom and basic amenities.
  • Triple Occupancy Room: ₹70,000 per semester with shared bathroom and standard bedding.

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis. Students are required to pay an advance for meals, which is adjusted based on actual consumption at the end of each month. Rebate policies are available for students who do not use the mess facility or those who opt out due to dietary restrictions.

Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships

The university offers various financial assistance schemes for deserving students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees and a 50% rebate on hostel charges.
  • EWS Category: Students receive a 75% waiver on tuition fees and a 30% rebate on hostel charges.
  • MCM (Minority Community Member): A 50% waiver on tuition fees and a 20% rebate on hostel charges.

Scholarships are awarded based on academic performance, financial need, and community service. The application process involves submitting relevant documentation including income certificates, caste certificates, and proof of residence.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees must be paid by the specified deadline each semester to avoid late fees. Payments can be made through net banking, credit/debit cards, or demand draft issued in favor of the university. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹1000 per day until full payment is received.

The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program before completing the academic year. Refunds are processed after deducting administrative charges and any outstanding dues. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documents such as medical certificates or migration letters.
