Hostel & Mess Charges

  • Double Occupancy Room: ₹12,000 per semester
  • Triple Occupancy Room: ₹10,000 per semester

The mess charges are fixed at ₹25,000 per semester and include meals for all three meals a day. The billing system is transparent, with deductions made monthly from the student’s account.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers various financial assistance programs to support deserving students:

  • Merit-Based Scholarships: Awarded to top performers in JEE Advanced or JEE Main with a minimum rank of 5000.
  • Need-Based Concessions: Available for students from economically weaker sections with annual income below ₹2 lakh.
  • Reservation Category Benefits: SC/ST/PwD candidates receive 100% fee waiver upon submission of valid certificates.
  • EWS Concession: EWS students with an annual income between ₹2-5 lakh get a 50% discount on tuition fees.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees must be paid by the deadline specified by the university, usually within one week of admission. Late payments attract penalties at 1% per month.

If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

  • Withdrawal before 30 days: Full refund minus administrative charges
  • Withdrawal between 30–60 days: 50% refund
  • Withdrawal after 60 days: No refund

All refunds are processed within 30 working days of withdrawal approval.
