Detailed Breakdown of Fee Components
The fee structure comprises several components designed to support the holistic education and living experience of students.
Tuition Fee
This is the primary component covering instruction, laboratory sessions, access to digital resources, and academic support services. The fee remains constant across semesters but includes periodic updates based on inflation and institutional costs.
Hostel Rent
Accommodation is provided in well-furnished hostels with shared facilities. Hostel rent varies depending on room type, with single occupancy rooms being more expensive than triple or quadruple occupancy options. The rent covers utilities like electricity, water, internet, and maintenance services.
Mess Advance
Students are required to pay a fixed advance amount for meals throughout the semester. This ensures uninterrupted access to nutritious food during their stay at campus. Monthly mess bills are adjusted based on actual consumption and any applicable rebates or adjustments.
Student Benevolent Fund
This fund supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies. Contributions are voluntary, though recommended for all students. The fund aids in covering unforeseen expenses related to medical treatment, family crises, or academic needs.
Medical Fees
Each student is charged an annual medical fee that covers access to on-campus healthcare services, including consultations with doctors and nurses, diagnostic tests, medications, and emergency care.
Gymkhana Fees
These fees support extracurricular activities, sports facilities, cultural events, and recreational programs. Students have access to gyms, swimming pools, tennis courts, football fields, and other amenities provided by the university.
Examination Fees
This component covers the cost of conducting examinations, including question paper preparation, invigilation, result processing, and certificate generation. It ensures a fair and standardized evaluation process for all students.

The university provides multiple hostel options to accommodate different preferences and budgets. Room types include single, double, triple, and quadruple occupancy with varying pricing tiers.
