🎖️ Undergraduate & M.Sc. Scholarships

🏅 Merit-cum-Means (MCM) Scholarship

• Eligibility: Available for B.Tech and 2-Year M.Sc. students from General, OBC, and EWS categories.

• Academic Requirement:
  • 1st Year – Minimum SPI of 6.5 (no 'F' grade in the 1st semester)
  • 2nd Year & Onward – Minimum CPI of 6.5 (no 'F' grades)

• Financial Requirement: Annual family income must be less than ₹4.5 lakh/year.

• Benefits:
  • General & OBC – Full tuition fee waiver + ₹1,000/month for 10 months
  • SC/ST Students – Free basic messing + hostel rent exemption + ₹250/month pocket allowance

🎖️ Institute Academic Excellence Awards

• Awarded to top-performing students (B.Tech & M.Tech) in each department based on CPI.

• Award: Medal and certificate.

🧑‍🎓 Postgraduate Scholarships

🛠️ M.Tech Assistantship

• Eligibility: Full-time M.Tech students (GATE qualified or admitted through Institute quota with eligibility)

• Stipend: ₹12,400/month

• Duration: 24 months

• Condition: 8 hours/week of academic or research assistance

📘 M.Sc. Scholarships

• For students admitted through JAM.

• Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000/month

• Condition: Based on academic performance and fund availability

🧪 Ph.D. Fellowships

🧬 Institute Fellowship

• ₹31,000/month for the first 2 years

• ₹35,000/month for the next 3 years

• Includes a contingency grant of up to ₹15,000/year for research work

• Duration: Maximum 5 years

• Condition: Satisfactory academic performance each year

💰 Top-up Ph.D. Fellowship

• Awarded through project funding (DST, ISRO, DRDO, etc.) or department-based

• Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000/month (in addition to base fellowship)

• Duration: Project-specific or max 12 months (case-wise)

• For international students from ASEAN, Africa, and SAARC countries.
