🎓 NIT Srinagar Scholarships 2025 – Complete Guide

🎖️ Undergraduate Scholarships

🏅 Merit-Cum-Means (MCM) Scholarship

• Eligibility: Students from minority communities (Muslim, Sikh, Christian, Buddhist, Jain, Parsi) with a total family income up to ₹2.5 Lakhs per annum and a minimum of 50% marks in 10+2.

• Benefits: Tuition fee waiver and maintenance allowance.

🎓 Central Government Scholarships

Post Matric Scholarship for SC/ST Students:

• Eligibility: SC/ST students with family income up to ₹2.5 Lakhs per annum.

Post Matric Scholarship for OBC-BPL Students:

Mukhyamantri Medhavi Vidyarthi Yojna (Madhya Pradesh):

Engineers India Limited (EIL) Scholarship:

ONGC Scholarship:

• Eligibility: SC/ST/Physically challenged students with family income up to ₹1.5 Lakhs per annum and at least 60% marks in 12th class.

Shraman Foundation Scholarship:

Foundation for Excellence (FFE) Scholarship:

Institute Assistantship:

• Eligibility: Full-time students admitted through GATE or equivalent.

🧪 Ph.D. Fellowships

Institute Fellowship:

• Eligibility: Full-time Ph.D. scholars with valid GATE / NET / JRF / UGC / DST-Inspire / CSIR qualifications.

  • ₹31,000/month for the first 2 years.

  • ₹35,000/month from the 3rd year.
