Fee Structure Breakdown

The total fee structure for the entire four-year program is ₹220,000 (₹55,000 per semester). This includes all components required for enrollment and academic activities.

Tuition Fee: Covers the cost of instruction, library access, digital resources, and administrative overheads associated with delivering the curriculum. The fee is revised annually based on inflation and infrastructure development needs.

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in the university's residential facilities. Rooms are available in single, double, triple, and quad occupancy options, with varying rent charges based on room type and amenities provided.

Mess Advance: A one-time advance payment for meal expenses during the first semester. This amount is adjusted at the end of the academic year based on actual consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial difficulties, emergencies, or special needs within the university community. Contributions are voluntary but mandatory for all enrolled students.

Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided through the campus medical center, including consultations, minor treatments, and preventive health programs.

Gymkhana Fees: Funds recreational activities, sports facilities, and student engagement events that promote physical well-being and social interaction among students.

Examination Fees: Covers the costs associated with conducting internal and external examinations, including proctoring, grading, and result processing.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers multiple hostel options to accommodate diverse preferences and budgets. Hostels are equipped with modern amenities including Wi-Fi, AC/Non-AC rooms, laundry services, study areas, and 24/7 security.

Mess billing is conducted monthly, based on actual consumption. Students can opt for different meal plans such as standard, vegetarian, or non-vegetarian options. Rebates are available for students who do not consume meals regularly or have specific dietary restrictions.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university provides financial aid to eligible students through various scholarship programs:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to these categories receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees.
  • EWS Category: A 50% concession is offered on tuition fees for eligible candidates.
  • MCM (Minority Community Members): Eligible students receive a 25% reduction in tuition fees.

Scholarship eligibility criteria include family income, academic performance, and social background. Applications must be submitted along with supporting documents such as caste certificates, income proofs, and Aadhaar cards.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees must be paid online through the university's official portal or via NEFT/RTGS transfers to designated accounts. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day after the due date.

Refunds are processed only upon withdrawal from the program, subject to approval by the administration. A refund of 90% of the paid amount is provided if the student leaves before completing one semester. No refunds are issued after the completion of the first semester unless there are exceptional circumstances approved by the board.

Students who wish to withdraw must submit a formal application along with necessary documentation and obtain clearance from all relevant departments before the refund process begins.
