Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers several financial aid options to support deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees along with partial concessions on hostel charges.
- EWS Category: Students from economically weaker sections are granted a 50% waiver on tuition fees and reduced hostel charges.
- MCM (Meritorious Category): Merit-based scholarships ranging from 25% to 100% depending on the performance in qualifying exams.
Eligibility criteria for these financial aids are determined based on income slabs, category-wise reservations, and academic merit. Applications must be submitted through the official portal with supporting documents such as caste certificates, income proofs, and Aadhaar cards.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Students are required to make payments before the start of each semester. Payments can be made online via net banking, credit/debit card, or NEFT/RTGS transfers. Late payment incurs a penalty of 500 INR per day until full payment is received.
The refund policy applies in cases of withdrawal from the university or transfer to another institution. Refunds are processed within 30 days after submission of the necessary documentation, subject to deductions for fees already incurred and administrative charges.
