The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle, where students receive bills based on their actual consumption. Rebate policies are implemented for students who do not use hostel facilities during specific periods such as holidays or internships. These rebates may be partial or full, depending on the duration of absence and approval from the administration.
The university provides financial assistance to students from low-income families through various scholarship schemes. Eligibility criteria for these scholarships include parental income limits, academic performance, and social background.

The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program before completing the first semester. Refunds are processed within 30 days after submission of withdrawal forms and supporting documents. No refunds are issued for students who have completed at least one semester unless there are exceptional circumstances approved by the university administration.
