Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program before completing the first semester. Refunds are processed within 30 days after submission of withdrawal forms and supporting documents. No refunds are issued for students who have completed at least one semester unless there are exceptional circumstances approved by the university administration.
