Hostel & Mess Charges
Our campus offers multiple hostel options, including single, double, and triple occupancy rooms with AC, Wi-Fi, and study spaces. The mess charges are fixed per semester and include breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Students can opt for different rebate policies based on attendance, academic performance, or special circumstances. Additional services like laundry, room service, and medical assistance are available at an extra cost.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
We offer various financial aid options to deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible for up to 100% fee waiver based on income criteria.
- EWS Category: Eligible for 50% fee concession if family income is below INR 8 lakh annually.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): Eligible for 25% fee concession under specified conditions.
The application process requires submission of relevant documents such as caste certificates, income proofs, and Aadhaar cards. Applications are reviewed by a dedicated committee for approval.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid online via the university portal before the deadline specified each semester. Late payments incur penalties calculated as 2% per month of delay.
In case of withdrawal from the program, refunds are processed according to the rules set by the university, with deductions for administrative charges and hostel occupancy fees.
