Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university provides various financial assistance schemes to eligible students:
- SC/ST/PwD: 50% fee concession with income slabs up to INR 2 lakhs.
- EWS: 25% fee concession with income slabs up to INR 3 lakhs.
- MCM: 10% fee concession for meritorious students from economically weaker sections.
Applications must be submitted online with supporting documents, including caste certificates, income proofs, and academic records. The selection committee reviews applications based on merit and need.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid within the stipulated deadline to avoid late fees. Late payments attract a penalty of 5% per month or Rs. 1000, whichever is higher. Students may opt for installment payments if they provide valid reasons.
Refunds are processed only upon withdrawal from the university and subject to verification of financial obligations. The refund process takes approximately 30 days after submission of all required documents.
