1. Monthly Advance Payment: Students pay a fixed amount monthly for meals, which is adjusted at the end of the month based on actual consumption.
2. Daily Meal Tracking: Each student receives a smart card to swipe during meals. The system tracks daily usage and calculates balances accordingly.
3. Rebate Policies: Students who miss meals due to illness or travel can apply for rebates, subject to verification by hostel authorities.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

• Offline Payment: Bank draft or demand draft can be submitted to the finance office with proper details.

Late Fee Calculation: A late fee of INR 100 per day is charged for delayed payments beyond the deadline. This applies to all components including tuition, hostel, and mess fees.

Refund Policy: Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

• Withdrawal from university within 7 days of admission
• Transfer to another institution with proper documentation
• Discontinuation due to medical reasons or family emergencies

Refund amounts are calculated based on proportionate usage and deductions for administrative charges. Full refunds are not guaranteed, but reasonable adjustments are made as per policy guidelines.
