• Withdrawal During Academic Session: Refunds are processed based on the number of days attended, with deductions for administrative costs and hostel charges.
• Refund Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 30 working days after submission of the withdrawal application and necessary documentation.

Students must ensure that all dues are cleared before applying for a refund. Any outstanding balance, including hostel rent or mess charges, will be deducted from the refund amount before processing.
