  • Double Occupancy Room: INR 10000/month (shared with one roommate)
  • Triple Occupancy Room: INR 7000/month (shared with two roommates)

The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle. Students pay an advance amount and are billed based on their consumption during the month.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Pacific Medical University Udaipur offers several financial aid options to deserving students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fees and a 50% rebate on hostel charges.
  • EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fees and a 25% rebate on hostel charges.
  • MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% waiver on tuition fees and a 10% rebate on hostel charges.

Students must submit the necessary documentation along with their application to qualify for these concessions.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid through online mode via the university's official portal. Payment deadlines are clearly communicated at the beginning of each semester:

  • First Semester: Payment due by July 15th
  • Second Semester: Payment due by January 15th

Late fees are calculated at 5% per month on overdue amounts. Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 30 working days after withdrawal or course completion. The refund policy applies to students who withdraw before the start of a semester and those who complete the program but do not meet academic standards.
