Tuition Fee

• Double Occupancy Rooms: Shared rooms accommodating two students with similar amenities.

Mess charges are determined based on consumption patterns and are adjusted monthly. Students can choose from various meal plans including vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and special dietary options. The billing system is transparent and allows students to track their expenses online.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

To support financially disadvantaged students, Pacific Medical University Udaipur offers several fee waiver schemes and scholarships:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Students from SC, ST, or PwD categories receive a 50% discount on tuition fees.
• EWS Category: Students from economically weaker sections get a 25% reduction in tuition fees.
• MCM (Most Backward Class): MCM students enjoy a 30% concession in tuition fees.
• Merit-Based Scholarships: Top-performing students in the first year are awarded scholarships worth up to INR 50,000 per annum.
• Need-Based Financial Aid: Students facing financial difficulties can apply for need-based grants that cover partial or full tuition fees.

To apply for these benefits, students must submit relevant documents such as caste certificates, income certificates, or disability certificates. Applications are reviewed by a committee and approved based on verified documentation.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fee payments must be made through online banking or NEFT transfers to the university's designated account. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, and late fees are applicable for delayed submissions.

For each semester, students must pay tuition fees within 15 days of the start of classes. Hostel rent and mess advances should be paid before the beginning of the academic year or as per the schedule communicated by the administration.

In case of withdrawal from the program, refunds are processed according to the university's refund policy. Refunds are calculated after deducting administrative charges, hostel dues, and any other applicable fees. Students must submit a formal application along with supporting documents to initiate the refund process.

The university reserves the right to modify fee structures in accordance with regulatory changes or operational needs. All modifications will be communicated well in advance to ensure transparency and fairness in the payment system.
