Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

- Withdrawal Before Completion: Refund of tuition fee is processed within 30 working days after submission of necessary documents.
- Transfer to Another Institution: Full refund of tuition fee minus administrative charges is provided upon receiving official transfer letter from the new institution.
- Hostel Charges: Refunds for hostel rent and mess advance are processed within 15 working days after departure from campus.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing along with supporting documents including withdrawal letter, bank account details, and any other relevant paperwork. The finance department reviews the request and processes the refund accordingly.
