Hostel & Mess Charges

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The college provides financial assistance to students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds through various scholarship schemes:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fees and partial concession in hostel charges.
- EWS Category: 50% concession in tuition fees and full exemption in hostel charges.
- MCM (Minority Community Students): 25% discount on tuition fees and full exemption in hostel charges.
Applications for these financial aids must be submitted during the admission process or through the college's official portal. Eligibility is determined based on income slabs and documentation provided.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid online via the college portal or through NEFT/RTGS transfers. Payments are accepted until the last day of the month, with a late fee of INR 500 per day after the deadline.
If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:
- Withdrawal before 15 days: Full refund minus administrative charges.
- Withdrawal between 15-30 days: 70% refund of tuition fee.
- Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund of tuition fee.
Refunds are processed within 30 working days from the date of application and are transferred to the student's bank account.
