Hostel & Mess Charges
The university provides well-maintained hostels with modern amenities. Room categories include:
- Single Occupancy Room: INR 20,000 per semester for a private room with attached bathroom.
- Double Occupancy Room: INR 15,000 per semester shared between two students.

Mess billing is based on actual consumption with monthly charges deducted from the advance paid. Rebate policies are available for students who maintain good academic standing or participate in extracurricular activities.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers several financial assistance schemes:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fee and 50% rebate on hostel charges for eligible students.
- EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fee and 25% rebate on hostel charges.
- MCM (Minority Community): Full waiver on tuition fee and partial rebate on hostel charges.
Applications for these benefits must be submitted along with supporting documents during the admission process or as part of the annual review cycle. Students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds are encouraged to apply for need-based scholarships administered by the university and external foundations.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid before the start of each semester. Payment can be made online via net banking, credit/debit cards, or UPI platforms. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 500 per day after the due date.
Refunds are processed only in cases of withdrawal from the program or transfer to another institution. The refund policy specifies that 90% of tuition fee will be refunded if the withdrawal is made within 15 days of admission, while no refund is given after this period unless there are exceptional circumstances approved by the administration.
