• Single Occupancy Room: INR 25,000 per semester
• Double Occupancy Room: INR 15,000 per semester
• Shared Facilities: All rooms include Wi-Fi, AC, study tables, and wardrobes.

The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle. Students pay an advance for the first month and are billed accordingly. The meal plan includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers several financial aid options to deserving students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fees and 50% reduction in hostel charges.
• EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fees and 25% reduction in hostel charges.
• MCM (Meritorious Children of Merit Scholars): Full waiver on tuition fees and a partial discount on hostel charges.

Eligibility for scholarships is determined based on academic performance, financial need, and category-specific criteria. Students must submit an application along with supporting documents to the Finance Department.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Students are expected to make payments by the specified deadlines each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 1,000 per day until the balance is cleared.

• Payment Deadlines: Fees must be paid within 7 days of the start of each semester.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are processed only in case of withdrawal or transfer from the university. A processing fee of INR 5,000 is deducted from the refund amount.
• Payment Methods: Payments can be made through online banking, credit/debit cards, NEFT/RTGS, or demand draft issued in favor of Plaksha University.
