  • Double Occupancy Room: INR 120,000 per semester
  • Triple Occupancy Room: INR 100,000 per semester

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis. Students are required to pay an advance for the entire month upon joining and subsequent bills are adjusted accordingly. Rebate policies are available for students who stay for extended periods or have financial hardships.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university provides several financial aid options for deserving students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fees plus a monthly stipend of INR 10,000 for the duration of the course.
  • EWS Category: 50% reduction in tuition fee and a monthly stipend of INR 7,000.
  • MCM (Minority Community): 30% reduction in tuition fee and a monthly stipend of INR 5,000.

Eligibility for these schemes is determined based on income slabs and other documentation requirements. The application process involves submission of relevant documents along with the admission form.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made through online banking, net banking, NEFT, or demand draft. Payment deadlines are clearly communicated at the beginning of each semester to ensure timely processing.

Late fee charges are applicable if payments are not received within the stipulated period. These charges are calculated as 2% per month on the outstanding amount.

Refunds are processed under specific conditions outlined in the university's refund policy. Withdrawals must be approved by the administration, and refunds are typically credited back to the student's bank account within 30 days of approval.
