Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Late Fee Calculations
Late fees are calculated based on the number of days exceeding the deadline and are added to the total amount due.
Refund Rules
If a student withdraws from the program before completing the academic year, a refund of tuition fees is processed according to the following policy:
- Withdrawal within 30 days: Full refund minus administrative charges
- Withdrawal between 31-60 days: 50% refund
- Withdrawal after 60 days: No refund
Hostel charges and other fees are adjusted accordingly based on the duration of stay.
