Hostel & Mess Charges

Single occupancy rooms are available for students who prefer privacy and comfort. These rooms come with a private bathroom, study desk, and wardrobe. The monthly rent for single rooms is 15,000 INR.

Double occupancy rooms are designed for students who prefer sharing a room with a roommate. These rooms come with shared bathrooms, study desks, and wardrobes. The monthly rent for double rooms is 10,000 INR.

Triple occupancy rooms are available for students who are comfortable sharing a room with two roommates. These rooms come with shared bathrooms and common study areas. The monthly rent for triple rooms is 7,000 INR.

The mess charges are based on a monthly advance system. Students are required to pay an advance amount for meals, which is adjusted at the end of each month based on actual consumption. The average monthly mess charge is 15,000 INR.

Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals for a certain number of days. Students can apply for rebates and receive refunds for the days they do not use the mess facilities.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers various fee waivers, concessions, and scholarships to support students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. These financial aid options are designed to ensure that all eligible students can access quality education.

Students from SC/ST/PwD categories are eligible for a 50% fee waiver on tuition and hostel charges. This concession is applied automatically during the admission process.

EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) students are eligible for a 25% fee concession on tuition and hostel charges. The concession is applied after verification of the EWS certificate.

MCM (Multiple Children of Migrant Workers) students are eligible for a 10% fee concession on tuition and hostel charges. This concession is applied after verification of the MCM certificate.

Additionally, the university provides merit-based scholarships for students who score above a certain threshold in their qualifying examinations. These scholarships range from 10% to 100% of the tuition fee, depending on the merit.

The application process for fee waivers and concessions involves submitting the necessary documents, such as income certificates, caste certificates, and disability certificates, to the finance department. Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
