Fee Components Explained
Tuition Fee
The tuition fee covers the cost of instruction, academic resources, and access to university facilities. It is divided into four semesters, with each semester costing Rs. 120,000. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid in full at the beginning of each semester.
Hostel Rent
Hostel rent is charged at Rs. 60,000 per semester. The university offers various types of rooms, including single, double, and triple occupancy. Students are required to pay the full amount of hostel rent at the beginning of each semester.
Mess Advance
The mess advance is Rs. 20,000 per semester, which covers the cost of meals for the entire semester. The mess billing system is managed by the university, and students are required to pay the advance at the beginning of each semester.
Student Benevolent Fund
The Student Benevolent Fund is a one-time fee of Rs. 2,000 per semester, which is used to support students in need and fund various student activities and initiatives.
Medical Fees
The medical fee is Rs. 3,000 per semester, which covers the cost of medical services provided by the university's medical center. Students are encouraged to use these services for routine check-ups and emergencies.
Gymkhana Fees
The Gymkhana Fees is Rs. 1,000 per semester, which is used to maintain the university's sports facilities and organize sports events and competitions.
Examination Fees
The examination fee is Rs. 1,000 per semester, which covers the cost of conducting examinations and evaluating student performance.
Hostel & Mess Charges
The university provides accommodation in well-maintained hostels with modern amenities. Students can choose from single, double, or triple occupancy rooms based on their preferences. The hostel charges are inclusive of all utilities, including electricity, water, and internet.

Rebate policies are in place for students who are absent for a certain period due to valid reasons such as illness or travel. The rebate is calculated based on the number of days of absence and is credited to the student's account.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers various fee waivers and concessions to students based on their financial background and academic performance. The following are the eligibility criteria and benefits for different categories:
SC/ST/PwD
Students belonging to SC/ST/PwD categories are eligible for a 50% fee waiver on tuition and hostel charges. The application for fee waiver must be submitted along with the required documents, including caste certificate, disability certificate, and income certificate.
EWS
Students from the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) category are eligible for a 25% fee concession on tuition and hostel charges. The application for EWS concession must be submitted along with the required documents, including income certificate and caste certificate.
MCM
Students from minority communities are eligible for a 10% fee concession on tuition and hostel charges. The application for MCM concession must be submitted along with the required documents, including minority community certificate and income certificate.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Students are required to pay the fees by the specified deadlines to avoid late fees and penalties. The payment can be made through online banking, credit/debit cards, or demand draft. The university provides a detailed payment schedule and ensures that students are informed about the payment deadlines.
Students who fail to pay the fees on time are subject to late fees, which are calculated at 5% per month on the outstanding amount. The university also provides a grace period of 15 days for late payments, after which the student's admission may be canceled.
In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy is as follows: 90% of the fees paid will be refunded if the student withdraws within 30 days of admission. The refund will be processed within 60 days of the withdrawal request.
