Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

In case of withdrawal, refunds are processed according to the following schedule:

  • Before Academic Session Begins: Full refund minus a nominal processing charge.
  • During First Month: 90% refund with 10% deduction for administrative costs.
  • After First Month: 70% refund with 30% deduction for administrative costs.

The refund policy ensures transparency and fairness, with all refunds processed within 30 working days of the application submission.
