Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

- SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees and partial concessions on hostel charges.
- EWS Category: Students receive a 50% waiver on tuition fees and full concession on mess advance.
- MCM (Married Child of a Meritorious Student): Full waiver on tuition fees with reduced hostel charges.
Applications for fee waivers must be submitted along with supporting documents during the admission process or within the first month of enrollment. The selection committee evaluates applications based on income slabs and family background.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees are to be paid through online banking or NEFT transfers directly into the institute's designated account. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, with a late fee of 500 INR per day applied beyond the due date.
In case of withdrawal, refunds are processed according to the following schedule:
- Before Academic Session Begins: Full refund minus a nominal processing charge.
- During First Month: 90% refund with 10% deduction for administrative costs.
- After First Month: 70% refund with 30% deduction for administrative costs.
The refund policy ensures transparency and fairness, with all refunds processed within 30 working days of the application submission.
