Fee Structure Overview

The total fee for the program is 2,06,000 INR per semester. The tuition fee is 1,50,000 INR, and the hostel rent is 30,000 INR. The mess advance is 20,000 INR, and other charges include 2,000 INR for the student benevolent fund, 1,000 INR for medical fees, 1,000 INR for gymkhana fees, and 2,000 INR for examination fees.
Hostel & Mess Charges
The university provides hostel facilities for students. The hostel charges vary based on the room type. The following are the room types and their charges:
- Single Room: 30,000 INR per semester
- Double Room: 25,000 INR per semester
- Triple Room: 20,000 INR per semester
The mess charges are included in the hostel rent. The mess provides three meals a day, and the charges are fixed based on the type of room selected.
Students can also opt for a mess advance, which is a one-time payment of 20,000 INR. This advance is refundable at the end of the semester, subject to the consumption of meals.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers fee waivers, concessions, and scholarships to students based on their academic performance and financial background. The following are the eligibility criteria and benefits:
Fee Waivers
Students who have scored 90% or above in their 12th Grade examination are eligible for a 50% fee waiver. Students who have scored 80% or above are eligible for a 25% fee waiver.
Concessions
Students belonging to SC/ST/PwD categories are eligible for a 50% concession in fees. EWS students are eligible for a 25% concession in fees.
Scholarships
The university offers various scholarships to students based on their academic performance and financial need. The following are the scholarships available:
- Merit Scholarship: 100% fee waiver for students scoring 90% or above in 12th Grade
- Need-Based Scholarship: 50% fee waiver for students with a family income of less than 2 lakhs per annum
- Special Category Scholarship: 75% fee waiver for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds
The application process for these scholarships is conducted online, and students must submit the required documents along with the application.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
The payment of fees is conducted online through the university's payment gateway. Students must complete the payment process before the deadline to avoid late fees.
The payment deadlines are as follows:
- First Semester: 15th June
- Second Semester: 15th December
Students who fail to pay the fees on time will be charged a late fee of 500 INR per day.
The refund policy is as follows:
- Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal
- Refunds are subject to the deduction of administrative charges
- Refunds are processed only for the fees paid for the current semester
Students who withdraw from the program must submit a written application to the administration, along with the necessary documents.
