Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee with partial concession in hostel charges.
  • EWS Category: 50% concession in tuition fee and hostel rent.
  • MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% concession in tuition fee and full waiver of examination fees.

Income slabs for eligibility are as follows:

  • General Category: Income below INR 8 lakh per annum.
  • EWS Category: Income between INR 8 lakh and 12 lakh per annum.
  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Income below INR 4 lakh per annum.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

  • Payment Deadlines: Fees must be paid within the first week of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 500 per day.
  • Payment Methods: Online payment via net banking, credit/debit cards, or UPI is accepted. Cash payments are not allowed.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are processed only after verification of withdrawal forms and completion of formalities. Refund eligibility depends on the reason for withdrawal and duration of stay at the institute.
