- Mess Advance: Prepaid monthly mess charges that are adjusted at the end of each month based on actual consumption.
- Student Benevolent Fund: A small annual contribution towards student welfare initiatives and scholarships.
- Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services available on campus, including emergency care and routine checkups.
- Gymkhana Fees: Supports fitness and recreational activities for students on campus.

Hostel & Mess Charges
The hostel accommodation at RKDF INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT is designed to provide a comfortable and conducive learning environment. Hostel rooms are available in various configurations, including single, double, triple, and quad-sharing options:
- Single Sharing: ₹60,000 per semester
- Double Sharing: ₹50,000 per semester
- Triple Sharing: ₹40,000 per semester
- Quad Sharing: ₹30,000 per semester
The mess billing system is integrated with the hostel management software, where students can view their consumption and adjust payments accordingly. Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals regularly or in case of illness.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Financial assistance is available through various scholarship schemes designed to support meritorious and economically disadvantaged students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to these categories are eligible for full fee waivers based on income slabs.
- EWS Category: Eligible students receive a 50% concession in tuition fees if their annual income is below ₹4 lakhs.
- MCM (Meritorious Children of Migrant Workers): A 25% discount on tuition fee for eligible students.
Applications for these financial aids are submitted online through the official portal and require documentation such as income certificates, caste certificates, and Aadhaar cards. The selection process is based on academic performance and financial need.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid by the due date specified in the fee schedule. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹1,000 per day. Students who fail to pay within the stipulated time may face disqualification from classes or hostel stay.
The refund policy applies in cases where students withdraw from the program before completing the academic year:
- Withdrawal Before 30 Days: Full refund minus administrative charges of ₹2,000.
- Withdrawal Between 30-60 Days: Refund of 75% after deducting administrative charges.
- Withdrawal After 60 Days: No refund is processed unless there are extenuating circumstances approved by the administration.
Refunds are processed within 30 days of submission of withdrawal forms and necessary documents. The process includes verification of accounts and approval from the finance department.
