Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers various financial assistance schemes for eligible students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fees and hostel charges. Additional concessions on mess fees and other charges.
- EWS Category: 50% concession in tuition fee and full waiver in hostel charges.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% reduction in tuition fee and partial concessions in other charges.
Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs and category certificates. Students must submit applications along with supporting documents within the specified deadlines.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Fees can be paid online through net banking, credit/debit cards, or UPI. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced to avoid late fees. Students who withdraw from the program must follow the official refund policy:
- Before Admission: Full refund minus processing charges.
- Within 15 Days of Admission: Refund of tuition fee and hostel rent, minus administrative charges.
- After 15 Days: No refund is processed except in exceptional circumstances like withdrawal due to health issues or change in course.
