- Double Occupancy Room: ₹10,000/month
- Triple Occupancy Room: ₹7,000/month
Mess charges are collected as an advance for the semester and adjusted at the end of each term based on actual consumption. The mess menu includes vegetarian and non-vegetarian options with daily rotation.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers several financial assistance schemes to support students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fees with partial reimbursement for hostel and mess charges.
- EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fees and full concession on hostel charges.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% waiver on tuition fees and full concession on hostel charges.
Eligibility for these schemes is determined based on income certificates, caste certificates, and PwD documentation. Applications must be submitted before the deadline specified by the administration.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments can be made online through net banking, credit/debit cards, or demand drafts. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹500 per day until cleared.
Refund Rules
- Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal from the program.
- Any refund due to students will be credited to their bank account after verification.
- Students must submit a written application with supporting documents for refund requests.
