Mess Billing System
The Institute operates a prepaid mess system where students pay an advance for meals. Monthly billing is done based on actual consumption, with adjustments made at the end of each month.

Eligibility Criteria
Students must meet specific income slabs to qualify for scholarships:
- SC/ST/PwD Students: No income limit applies
- EWS Students: Annual family income below ₹15 lakhs
- MCM Students: Annual family income between ₹15-20 lakhs

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payment Deadlines
Students must complete fee payment within 7 days of the commencement of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹1,000 per day.
Late Fee Calculations
Late fees are calculated from the date of notification until the payment is received. Students who exceed 30 days without payment may face cancellation of enrollment.
Refund Rules
In case of withdrawal from the Institute, students can apply for refunds subject to the following conditions:
- Withdrawal must be submitted in writing with valid reasons
- Refunds are processed within 45 days after approval
- Administrative fees of ₹2,000 are deducted from the refund amount
