Mess Advance

Student Benevolent Fund

Medical Fees

Mess Billing System

The Institute operates a prepaid mess system where students pay an advance for meals. Monthly billing is done based on actual consumption, with adjustments made at the end of each month.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Refund Rules

In case of withdrawal from the Institute, students can apply for refunds subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawal must be submitted in writing with valid reasons
• Refunds are processed within 45 days after approval
• Administrative fees of ₹2,000 are deducted from the refund amount
