Fee Structure
The total tuition fee for the Finance program at SANGHVI INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT AND SCIENCE PGDM is ₹350,000 for the entire two-year duration. The fee structure is broken down into semesters as follows:

Component Breakdown
Tuition Fee: The tuition fee covers access to all core courses, departmental electives, lab sessions, and guest lectures. It also includes access to online resources such as databases, journals, and academic tools.
Hostel Rent: Hostel rent is charged separately based on room type. Single occupancy rooms cost ₹20,000 per semester, while shared rooms are priced at ₹15,000 per semester. Additional charges may apply for amenities such as AC, internet, and laundry services.
Mess Advance: The mess advance is a one-time payment required to cover initial meals during the first week of admission. It is refundable upon leaving the campus after completing the program.
Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students in need, including those facing financial difficulties or emergencies. Contributions are voluntary and help sustain the welfare of all students.
Medical Fees: Medical fees cover basic healthcare services provided by the campus health center, including consultations, vaccinations, and emergency care.
Gymkhana Fees: These fees support extracurricular activities such as sports, cultural events, and student clubs. They contribute to maintaining gym facilities, organizing competitions, and promoting overall wellness.
Examination Fees: Examination fees cover the cost of conducting mid-term and end-term exams, including evaluation, grading, and result publishing processes.
Hostel & Mess Charges
The campus offers various hostel options with different room types to accommodate students' preferences and budgets. Hostels are equipped with modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, AC, and common areas for relaxation and study.
Mess charges are calculated based on meal plans and dietary requirements. Students can choose between standard and premium meal plans, each offering different levels of variety and nutrition.
Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds in case of absences due to illness or other valid reasons. Applications for rebates must be submitted with supporting documents within 7 days of absence.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Financial assistance is available for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. The following categories qualify for fee concessions:
- SC/ST/PwD: Students belonging to SC/ST or PwD categories receive a 50% concession on tuition fees.
- EWS: EWS students are entitled to a 25% concession on tuition fees.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): MCM students can apply for partial fee waivers based on family income and other factors.
The application process requires submission of relevant documents such as caste certificates, income proofs, and bank statements. Applications must be submitted before the start of the academic year to ensure timely processing.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Fees must be paid through online banking or NEFT/RTGS transactions using the official payment gateway provided by the institute. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹500 per day until full payment is received.
If a student withdraws from the program, refund policies are applied based on the duration of stay and completion of academic requirements:
- Withdrawal before 30 days: 100% refund
- Withdrawal between 30-60 days: 75% refund
- Withdrawal after 60 days: No refund
The official refund process begins within 30 days of withdrawal, provided all dues are cleared and necessary documentation is submitted.
