The total fee for the Network Administration program is structured across multiple components, covering tuition, hostel accommodation, mess facilities, and other administrative expenses. Fee Components Explanation

Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, laboratory access, and course materials required for the academic year.

Hostel Rent: Monthly charges for accommodation in university-hosted hostels with shared amenities like common rooms, laundry facilities, and study areas.

Mess Advance: Prepaid monthly charges for meals provided by university catering services, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Student Benevolent Fund: A voluntary fund used for supporting financially disadvantaged students and organizing cultural events.

Medical Fees: Covers basic medical checkups, consultations, and emergency care within the campus health center.

Gymkhana Fees: Annual charges for access to sports facilities, gymnasiums, and recreational activities organized by student groups.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university provides several hostel options with varying room types and facilities:

• Single Occupancy Room: INR 60,000 per semester for a private room with attached bathroom and internet access.
• Double Occupancy Room: INR 50,000 per semester for shared rooms with common bathroom facilities.
• Triple Occupancy Room: INR 40,000 per semester for triple-sharing accommodations with basic amenities.

Mess billing follows a monthly system where students pay in advance based on the number of meals consumed. The mess offers balanced vegetarian and non-vegetarian options with daily menu updates to ensure nutritional value.

Rebate policies are available for students who do not reside in hostels during certain months or those who are away for internships, subject to approval from the administration.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Several categories of students are eligible for financial assistance through fee waivers and scholarships:

• SC/ST/PwD Students: Eligible for full or partial fee waivers based on income slabs and category status.
• EWS Category Students: Receive a 50% concession in tuition fees if their family annual income is below INR 8 lakhs.
• MCM (Minority Community Members): Qualify for scholarships ranging from 25% to 50% depending on academic merit and financial need.

Eligibility criteria include maintaining a minimum CGPA of 7.0, demonstrating financial hardship, and submitting required documentation such as caste certificates, income proofs, and Aadhaar cards.

The application process involves filling out an online form on the university portal, uploading necessary documents, and awaiting verification by the finance department. Approved applicants receive notifications via email and SMS.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees must be paid before the commencement of each semester, with strict deadlines to avoid late penalties:

• Payment Deadline: 15th of each month preceding the semester start date.
• Late Fee: INR 500 per day beyond the deadline until payment is received.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are processed only in case of withdrawal from the program, subject to specific conditions and documentation requirements.

Students can make payments via net banking, credit/debit cards, NEFT/RTGS transfers, or demand drafts issued by nationalized banks. All transactions are recorded for audit purposes, ensuring transparency and accountability.
