Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

• Full refund if withdrawn before the start of the semester
• 50% refund if withdrawn within 30 days of commencement
• No refund after 30 days

The official refund process is initiated through the finance department and typically takes 15–20 working days to complete.
